Series Description

Heroes In Air Force Medicine highlights experiences of medical professionals in the US Air Force. From practicing medicine in flight to rescuing victims out of disaster areas, these individuals exemplify the humanitarian efforts made by Air Force healthcare professionals. Co-hosted by Dr. Robert Gilmore and Dr. John Armstrong. Dr. Gilmore is a vascular surgeon and retired colonel in the US Air Force. Dr. Armstrong is a retired colonel of the US Army and assistant professor of surgery at the University of Florida College of Medicine.
