Dr. Eugene Chang joined MUSC Women's Care as a Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist in 2005. Dr. Chang graduated undergrad from University of Virginia. He graduated medical school from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA. Residency and fellowship training was completed at the Medical University of SC. Dr. Chang interests include: hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, preterm birth, intrauterine growth restriction, thrombophilia, ultrasound oxidative stress.
