Evelyn Resh is a practicing certified sexuality counselor and nurse-midwife with a masters in public health from Boston University School of Public Health. She has worked in the field of women's healthcare for over 20 years and is a frequent and popular speaker on the subject of women's health and sexuality. Her work focuses on helping individuals of all ages enhance their sexual satisfaction and in helping mothers of teenage girls facilitate their daughters' healthy sexual development. Ms. Resh is the author of the book The Secret Lives of Teen Girls: What Your Mother Wouldn't Talk About But Your Daughter Needs to Know (Hay House Publishers, 2009), and writes for Oprah.com. Formerly with Canyon Ranch in Lenox, Massachusetts, she is currently the director of women's health and sexuality counseling at Miraval Resorts, Tucson, Arizona.
