Dr. James B. Spies is professor of radiology at Georgetown University and chairman of the department of radiology at Georgetown University Medical Center.

Dr. Spies received his medical degree from Georgetown and did his internship and residency in California, at the California Pacific Medical Center and the University of California School of Medicine, San Francisco, and a fellowship at the NYU School of Medicine.
