Dr. John J. Cronan is professor of diagnostic imaging at the Brown University School of Medicine, and is chief of radiology and chairman of the Department of Diagnostic Imaging at the Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. With over 100 publications to his name, Dr. Cronan is a nationally-recognized expert in the fields of uroradiology; ultrasound; and non-vascular interventional procedures, particularly image-guided percutaneous needle biopsies.
Dr. Cronan received his medical degree from Albany Medical College, completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at Yale University and a fellowship in abdominal imaging at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
