Michelle Lee began her career with Medical Staffing Resources in 1988. In March 2007, Ms. Lee, along with her business partner, Lil Kloock, purchased the firm from the founders, and is now president and CEO.

Ms. Lee has studied the field of behavioral profiling for more than 20 years, and has made numerous presentations on behavioral profiling and communication, as well as interviewing and hiring techniques, to healthcare associations throughout the Southeast. She holds is a Certified Personnel Consultant, granted by the National Association of Personnel Services and a Certified Staffing Professional, granted by the American Staffing Association. She holds a BS in communication from Berry College in Rome, Georgia.

Ms. Lee participates in several volunteer activities with healthcare associations both at the local and state levels. Most recently, she most served as president of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services, and she maintains a board position as Past President.
