Mininder Kocher, MD, MPH
Mininder Kocher, MD, MPH

    Dr. Mininder Kocher is an associate professor of orthopaedic surgery at Harvard Medical School, and associate director of the division of sports medicine at the Children's Hospital in Boston. He participates in a series of related clinical activities, including service as a finish line physician for the Boston Marathon since 2002, and a physician for USA Track and Field since 2003. He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

    Dr. Kocher earned his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine in 1993. He completed his general surgery internship in 1994 and the Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program in 1998. Three years later, in 2001, he finished a master's degree in public health at the Harvard School of Public Health.
