Dr. Sally Kydd is a clinical psychologist, as well as a breast cancer survivor, who brings a wealth of knowledge and personal experience. Dr. Kydd believes that sexuality is the "elephant in the room" that is frequently not discussed following a diagnosis of cancer. She has lectured in Canada about challenges to a person's sexuality that a cancer diagnosis presents. She provides a framework for overcoming these hurdles in this book based on the workshops she gives. She is the Co-author of "Intimacy After Cancer".
