Scott A. Finlay is co-founder, president and CEO of MaxMD, the official provider of .md domain names in the United States and over 90 countries worldwide. Prior to co-founding MaxMD, Scott served as managing director for both the North American equity trading and global equity finance divisions of Lehman Brothers. In his role as managing director for the global equity finance business, Mr. Finlay managed an enterprise that grew from $40 million to over $220 million in a five-year period. As the managing director for the North American equity trading division he was responsible for all equity trading. Mr. Finlay was also managing director of CIBC's convertible bond business where he was instrumental in increasing revenues from under $1 million to over $60 million in just over two years. Mr. Finlay is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
