Dr. Elliott is Professor of Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pharmacology at RUSH Medical College. Dr. Elliott was one of the original “Specialists in Clinical Hypertension” designated by the American Society of Hypertension and has both researched and published extensively in the areas of cardiovascular clinical pharmacology. Dr. Elliot was also a contributer on five topics to the Sixth Report of the Joint National Committee on Prevention, Detection Evaluation and Treatment of High Blood Pressure.
