Lisa is a diplomate of the American Board of Genetic Counseling. She has been at Quest Diagnostics since 2003. She is a member of the Quest Diagnostics Genetic Counselor Organization. This team supports both internal and external clients and customers, providing information for their genetic testing needs. This team also supports the Genomic Client Services, which can be reached at 1.866.GENE.INFO (1.866.436.3463). At Quest, Lisa specializes in molecular genetic testing but, along with the team, supports all of the genetics labs within the company. Prior to joining Quest Diagnostics, Lisa served as a clinical prenatal genetic counselor at Genetics & IVF Institute in Fairfax, Virginia. Other former positions include Research Fellow at the National Human Genome Research Institute and Laboratory Technician at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia and her Master of Science degree in Genetic Counseling from the joint Johns Hopkins University/National Human Genome Research Institute training program in Baltimore/Bethesda, Maryland.
