    Dr. Larry Kaskel is joined by Dr. Neil Stone, Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Department of Cardiology and a Preventive Cardiologist at Northwestern University in Chicago. He is an expert on nutrition and heart disease and has been a member of the AHA nutrition committee, as well as the National Cholesterol Education Program Adult Treatment Panel. Tune in to hear about the pros and cons found in each of low, moderate and high fat diets. Dr. Stone will highlight recommended diets by the AHA and the National Cholesterol Education Program as well as delve into the benefits of the Mediterranean style diet. He will also discuss the habits and traits of people who are able to keep weight off successfully.
